My first post, how intimidating.
If I want to create a task which isn't an incident or a request, but needs the benefit of tracking, re-assigning, potentially communicating with a caller, what's a good task-type? I'm hoping for something other than a universal request.
Say I need to collect someone's old laptop, but I don't have this built into a workflow, there's no rush, etc etc.

Best is use flow, if not then you can create normal task on task table and if required link with the parent.
