get time taken to close all the catalog tasks

Hi All,

We are working on Calculating the time taken to complete a service request for which we want to calculate the time difference between catalog start time and close time.

the scenario is  "total time taken = Difference between the time fist task has been assigned and last task closed"

Now I need to have a script to capture those times and calculate the difference. Please help in achieving this.
