Hi,
For few catalog items, I have observed the below message at the RITM level. And the same alert is not coming for other catalog items. If anyone faced the same issue, please share you inputs.

Hi @Shidhi ,
The error means on the form level something is changed and the window is requested for reload.
check if any value is updated check what's causing it to update or what is causing the form to reload
check client scripts and UI policies
