Hi everyone,
I'm looking to generate a graph which will show the number of incidents that were opened in the past 12 months, and also these incidents will need to be shown separated into Event and user generated. An example has been attached.
If you can share any advice on how I can get this report, it would be much appreciated.

You can get something similar using the standard reporting tools.
Time series column graph, and I use the 'contact type' to determine how the incident was created. Here is an example.
