Thank you very much for your response.
The objective of my mission is to be able to determine according to the profile of the users who can see which categories or item of the catalog in relation to the portal that is used.
Example: The profile of agency Y on Portal Z can see the catalog X as well as these Items.
But profile B on portal Z can see catalog X and
catalogue A and their Items.
I would have to find the location in Service Now that allows me to visualize this.

Hi @gregoryNowSN ,
We don't the exact set up that your asking however you can verify visibility of a catalog item per user using "User criteria Diagnostics" (this visibility across all the portal inclusing native view)
Follow below steps
1) Tyoe User criteria > user Criteria Diagnostics
Pick a user and Pick a catalog item to check access >click Diagnose
this would give results user can/can't access , if can't access thos would disply which criteria affecting this
FYI: this would check visibility against user criteria if your restricting user with roles/ACLs you to have check then manually.
Thank you,
