How can I change the label of a related list item for a form (i.e., Case->Parent to Parent Case on the Incident form)?

How can I change the label of a related list item for a form (i.e., Case->Parent to Parent Case on the Incident form)?   The tabs appearing at the bottom are what I am ultimately wanting to display differently.

Need to update the relationship name in sys_relationship_list table.
