How can I view who has administrator privileges in my company?

I do not have administrator privileges and I would like to see who in my company had administrator privileges, editing privileges, etc. Ideally I would like to be able to see all employees and their privileges in list format. Is there a way to find this information?

Hi,

We're not sure what you mean by "employees on the database", do you mean a list of individuals who would be listed in the user table on the ServiceNow instance? Perhaps from your AD or LDAP server and then brought into ServiceNow? If so, you can view them by going to User Administration > Users, but again, this may be limited by your role(s) (which we don't know what you have).

As mentioned above, you may want to speak with your platform team about your access and what data you're trying to get access to and they can assist more directly and quicker than we can on the forums as they will know your exact situation, etc.

If you are a customer you can log into support portal https://support.servicenow.com/now -> Manage Accounts -> Account Contacts to know the "admins" for your account.
