How can we add new Action in multi row variable set?

I have a requirement where i need to add a new action in multi row variable sets. right now we have only 2 edit & delete.

I would like to add new action of type copy. When user clicks on that icon or button it should copy the same row.

I tried to add a macro type field but it seems mrvs is not supporting macro fields.
