How to auto populate Multi row variable set one variable dynamically

I have a variable on catalog form which type is multi line text and name is 'network name',. 

In this variable user can provide the value with ',' (comma seprate) like: Testname, teatname1... Etc. 

I have added a multi row variable set and make visible on catalog task form only. 

My requirement is the first variable/field(name is: Give the value for network name) of MRVS should be auto populate from network name field and it should take one by one value when I am adding row in MRVS. 

For example: if network name : Testname, teatname1. 

For first row of MRVS 'Give the value for network name' should be populate - Testname

& for second - Testname1.

OOTB not available. For this right a catalog client script and use Regex to get the specific value and popluate this. What is the exact use case you looking here.

I write the script but it's split the value but not set value in MRVS. 

If possible could you please provide the script.
