How to change the banner of the portal dynamically .

Hi,

I have a requirement of dynamically changing the header of the portal based on the module id present in the url .

The portal should look like Idea Portal - Test (Module id In the URL).

Hello @Shyna1 

I dont think the platform currently has the capability to change the header or banner based on the module you are trying to access.

The header/banner that you are highlighting is defined in the sp_config > branding editor > theme colors.

Now the reason you see 'Idea Portal' in header is because:

  1. Navigate to https://xxxxxx.service-now.com/sp_config?id=branding_editor
  2. From the drop down on the top left corner, select idea portal
  3. You would see that there is no logo defined
  4. You only have a portal title, which shows up on the portal.

You cannot change this based on the module you are accessing.

This remains static.
