how to change the format of activity to rich text

the existing activity is not rich text.how to change the format of activity to rich text.

Hello,

What you are seeing is 'Additional comments' field which you see on form and since this is journal field, you cannot change the behavior, rather you can try adding new rich text field which I don't know whether doable or not.

Hello @syo aran , if you are using the standard ticket tab widget, in the instance options you can enable rich text:
