i have an requirement where i need to combine different tasks into one single task

is there any possible way to do that

Hi all,

I have kept the description of the catalog tasks as questions in the variables of type select box

I have made them appear only on the catalog task form.

If all the variables contains 'yes' then only the status of the task should be 'complete'

Hence resolved the issue

Hi omakar,

i have 3 different catalog tasks that are raised after the approval of the item.

so my client whats it to be raised as single task which can which states that the three actions to be completed to ensure nothing is missed.

Hi

I guess you need to check and modify the OOTB business rule. Now problem here will be for approvals which will be generated for each RITM. And if there are three different items that needs to be sent for different resolver groups then it will be a problem if we create a single task.
