How to document a ServiceNow architecture ?

Hello folks,

I am assigned with a task to diagram a ServiceNow architecture and technical strategy in our org.   Coming from a relatively technical background, I am exploring ServiceNow architecture which is a bit high level for me.

Could anyone suggest how to get started ?
