Hi All,

Has anyone migrated Zendesk tickets to ServiceNow?

Could you please help me on the detailed steps and documentations if possible.

We have gone through the product documentation below; we need more details and possible ways to achieve this.

Set up the Zendesk spoke (servicenow.com)

Set up a webhook (servicenow.com)

 Hi ,

The docs you have shared is the like a new integration between zen desk and ServiceNow. But on migration of zen desk tickets  ,you need to look at following scenarios

1.How do you migrate as there  has to an even to trigger the connection.

2.Have you identified the tables/table to be mapped in Service now.

3.If you have identified the tables and mapping and  if you have been provided with dump of records ,you can use "transform map" to get the data in ServiceNow.

Luxo

Hi @Luxo Nadappan ,

Thanks for your quick reply!

It sounds like using the Transform Map in our scenario might be challenging due to the lack of access to Zendesk. Please help us on the alternative solutions that don't heavily rely on Zendesk.

I have succesfully migrated Zendesk tickets to Servicenow, with the help of Exalate.

This is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over

With the bulk trigger feature, you can query the tickets you want, and Exalate will send them over exactly with the configuration that you want!

Hi @Pavithra0812 ! You can migrate Zendesk tickets to ServiceNow as records with Unito. It's relatively easy to set up compared to most integration solutions and it supports syncing historical data which most automation platforms out there do not! Let me know if it helps.
