How to generate Word document from a record

Thanks for the information .  But it seems to be a paid version.   Is their any steps or script which we can configure ( not the commercial version

As of now, you can't export record in word format with OOB functionality 

currently, ServiceNow supports you to export in PDF, XML format.

With some more customization or using plugin, you can add this functionality
