How to hide a column macro (for e.g. Short description column in below screenshot) on the cart layout page for a specific catalog item?

Yo can configure the cart layout option by following below steps:
Step1: Navigate to 'Maintain Cart Layout' and select 'Shopping Cart Widget'.

Step2: Select/Unselect fields as per your need.

Yes, but these changes will be applied for all catalog items. How can I do it for a specific catalog item?
