How to import a ticket list (from excel) in service now?

For extracting a ticket list from service now I now hot to proceed (right click and export).

How can I do the opposite?

I've filtered in excel the tickets (tasks and incidents) and I have it in kind of list:

How can I import this into the service now environment so to have it like in this view (resolver view)?:

you can use the template provided by SN for the table and upload the data into the table. Using the import feature on the table.
