how to import xml in dictionary ?

I cant view import xml in dictonary

Goto sys_choice.list from left navigator and then import.

What version of ServiceNow are you using? I know there was a period (Fuji?) where you had to elevate your access to include security_admin before you saw that option in the list menu.

Hi Chuck,

We are using Helsinki version . Actually I have added 30 number of choice list in legal entity table in computer form

and same list needs to add in asset form

Any alternative way to copy this , instead of manual try?

HI Sukran,

Thank you for the update! If the choices are exactly the same between the choice lists, you can use the dictionary entry on the asset form choice field to "point to" the computer form/field.

If the choice lists are not EXACTLY the same, then you will need to copy the choices.
