How to migrate Nowassist Custom skill from one instance to another instance

I am trying to move a custom Now Assist generative AI skill  from one instance to a target instance using standard Update Set.

As in the skill there is an option to Add the skill to updateset

A batch update set is created with different scopes

Because of this I was unable to retrieve the skill in target instance. Can someone help to migrate the custom skills which is in global. Thanks
