Hi everyone,
I’m working on the Yokohama release of ServiceNow and I need to modify the screen that appears in the Now Mobile app right after submitting a request — the one that shows the request status.
I already reviewed KB0860959, which states that this screen cannot be customized out of the box.
However, I’d like to know if in Yokohama there’s any supported way to intercept or replace that navigation.
Has anyone successfully customized or replaced this OOB confirmation screen in the Now Mobile experience?
Any guidance, example, or workaround would be really appreciated.
