Hello,
We are a current client of service now using it mainly for Incident Management (ITIL). We would like to use the survey feature but don't know where to start. Is there a test enviroment that I can use for the surveys? Is it easy to turn on the surveys on the incident management service now platform?

Hi Nelson,
Please contact you company ServiceNow System Administrator. You should have at least 'survey_admin' role to create survey.
If you will get Admin role, you can do lot more things.

Hello,
I am using account on ServiceNow Developers
which is a test site so I should have access to everything. We don't have this active in production so I can't test.
Please advise how I can create and test a survey on ServiceNow Developers

Hi, i have role called 'survey_admin' , but I don't have survey wizard as an option
