how to use interceptor

I want to create something similar to change.

When we click on create new change than it goes to an interceptor, similarly I want to create new module 'Create Hr Case' and on clicking it should show interceptor which I already created.

Hi,

Navigate to interceptor Module under System Definition as shown below and Click on New Button to add a New interceptor:

Define the Name of the Interceptor, Question and Save the form. Post Save Create the Answers in the Related List below on the form. For example you can refer the OOB Change Intercepor for reference as shown below:

I am trying to change an interceptor for HR. a new COE was added.. when you use one of the other interceptors, the 'COE' field is being set someplace, but i cant find where so that I can have the COE populated on my new COE
