How to use the Stockroom in the context of the Walk-Up Experience App

Hi. For my IT Kiosk I implement with the Walk Up Experience app, I have hardship to understod how I must to use the stockroom module.
I am in a work-study program and my company ask me to implement an IT kiosk in a more global made up project to test me and customer specifications specify the UpNow company which use the Kiosk wants to be able to import the list of his equipment, have a dedicated storage space with 100 batteries, 150 bluetooth headsets and 20 keyboards.
I have created a stockroom for my Kiosk with this equipment :
But I don't see how to use this stockroom after that in the context of the Kiosk.
I added the role "sn_walkup.walkup_technician" on some users and I see :
In my walk-up stockrooms module, from one part, the module displays no stockrooms for my agent, although I added him as a manager for this stockroom.
The module only displays all existing stockrooms when I select all.
Moreover, I don't see how the agent can use stockroom elements as consumables to help final users with their problems.
It is possible for example to integrate to integrate stockroom elements to a Service Portal ?

Hi,
Agent should be part of that group to see stockrooms for his group under 'My walk-up stockrooms'.
So for example you created a stockroom for Service Desk then agent should be member of that group also.
Usually, one business case could be through Workspace where agent can see their stockrooms and manage consumables from that because in Agent workspace we have advance work assignment and agent assist feature which are beneficial to users.
