Hello, I want to hear your opinion.
How are you using HR module or if there's the case, what are you using for "Recruitment" on your company?
I was looking for a simple recruitment tool, something that respects the following requirements/functionalities:
• Create a new opportunity, HRXXX
• Applicant rating
• Schedule interviews appointments
• A recruitment tool that allows you to upload CV
• Define specific workflow approvals for each opportunity
• Applicant / Opportunity tracking
• Search for opportunities per category
• Roles for opportunities managers, opportunities owners and normal users.

Hi Rafael,
We have some customers that are using the HR Service Management Module to manage HR Service Delivery in the form of case/knowledge management and process automation. There are also a few who are using the application for recruitment or applicant tracking. If you go out to share.servicenow.com or store.servicenow.com you will find there are a couple solutions that may suit your needs for a simple recruitment application.
Best,
Anne
