Hello SN Community,

Is it possible to include task variables on the export to a PDF?  Currently we are getting all other fields, but not the task variables.

Hey, I'm having this issue to.  It happens when you choose 'export to PDF' from the Context Menu of any SCTASK.  You get the standard task fields, but you don't get the variables from the RITM even if they are shown on the SCTASK form.  The variables are key to understanding the exported task

GBall, did you ever get an answer to this?  i have about 30 variables in the task and ritm that the user wants to be able to export in the pdf.  None are displaying though with the export

Hi @DianaBTX / @GBall / @atharvabx1

I know this post is slightly dated now but I found a viable solution is to convert the page into a printer friendly option and then save as a PDF. This ensures all variables from the Variable Editor are included.

1. Open the SCTASK record (or any record) you'd like to export to PDF.

2. Select the Settings/Gear icon in the top right

3. Under the General tab, select "Printer Friendly Option" to re-open record in a new window

4. Select "Click to Print" in the top right and then save as a PDF.
