Life Cycle Stage and Life Cycle Status fields are not accepting values when typed

Hello everyone!
We encountered the following issue:
When a new Business Application is created, the Life Cycle Stage and Lifecycle Status reference fields do not behave as expected. If you select a value using the magnifying glass, it is accepted by the field. However, if you type the value in the field and try to save the entry, an error occurs - see screenshot.
The issue only appears when using German language and values.
Do you have any suggestions?

We have a similar issue for hardware assets. When the fields 'life cycle stage' and 'life cycle stage status' are filled with new values and the form is saved, the fields go back to old values without any error message. This is also not happening with all records, only few random records are showing this behaviour. Please let me know if you've found any solution for this. Thanks!

At the end, I've opened and HI Support ticket for this issue and got the following feedback:
"The problem PRB1737453 is fixed in Xanadu version by our internal development team.
We request you to upgrade to this version once available to fix this issue. "
