Maintain items or Cataloge Builder?

I'm studying for the Administrator exam and just noticed in the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals material, chapter 5.2 it says Maintain items is used to add items to the Servie Catalogue, few paragraphs down it says the same thing about Catalogue Builder so which am I t believe?
