What might be the reason why the value of Multirow variable set is not visible or missing on RITM Description after submitting a request on Service Portal? Thank you in advance!

So is this just how it's displayed after submission on the Service Portal?
Or is this on the Variables block, on the System UI?

Are you using the out-of-the-box SC Catalog Item widget or a recent cloned one? Or are you using an older version, which might not support MRVS?

Are you using containers within your MRVS? Not all variables types are supported.

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

From the Docs:

You cannot include the following variable types in a multi-row variable set:

  • Break
  • Container End
  • Container Start
  • Container Split
  • HTML
  • Label
  • List Collector
  • Macro
  • Macro with label
  • UI Page
