Need to send a mail notification after sla gets breached

Hi All,

We have to send a mail notification once sla is breached. Mail notification should go to the assignee on daily basis until the ticket is getting closed.

Any one please help on this

Hi Arun,

You can achieve it by using scheduled job once your email is ready and trigger it as per your requirement. For example to trigger the email after every 10 days your schedule job will should be like this-

Why not use Workflows? Check the OOB SLA Workflows for assistance, you can then define your own custom workflow.
