Multirow variable set value is not visible on RITM Description

What might be the reason why the value of Multirow variable set is not visible or missing on RITM Description after submitting a request on Service Portal? Thank you in advance!

Well I have a Multirow variable set on a catalog, when I input a value then submit the request on portal and then go to the RITM on dev , the value of the multirow is not visible or missing. 

 

 

 

Is this for just this specific MRVS? Or for all? If it's for just this specific MRVS, it could already be something like the use of containers.

All regular variables are shown oke?

Hi Mark, the issue is for all MRVS. But other regular variables seems okay. What can I do ?
