Multirow variable set value is not visible on RITM Description

What might be the reason why the value of Multirow variable set is not visible or missing on RITM Description after submitting a request on Service Portal? Thank you in advance!

Hi Sab,

Do you have any script to get value from the MRVS and set in RITM description?

Possibly you missed that variable during your script to populate the RITM description

Please share your current script which is populating variable info on RITM description
