Flow Designer Page Not Found

My flow designer plugin is enabled, but whenever i try to access flow designer i get this error.
My Service-now instance is:
https://dev63445.service-now.com/
Also while installing any plug-in i get this error. "Job is not in queue yet". I also get this message while activating any plug-in. Both installation or activation never make any progress even after waiting for complete day.
Hope for the issues to be resolved soon.

Hello
This seems to be a versioning issue with Flow Designer UI,
Performing these steps should fix the versioning issue with Flow Designer UI.
1. Uninstall "Flow-Action Designer" from sys_store_app (If you as admin user can not do this, you might need to contact HI Support as MAINT user can do this).
2. Restart nodes
3. Repair "com.glide.hub.designer" plugin from sys_plugins list
