not able to access flow in flow designer

Hi, i am not able to access the flow in flow designer only in DEV environment. there is no difference between my admin profile across other environments.

 

i can open the workflow studio but cant open any of the flows and even cannot create a new flow.

Hi @smita1 ,

clear the instance cache by typing: cache.do and logout and log back in.
