NOW Assist for Field service management

I have mentioned the features below which are provided by now assist for Field Service Management (FSM).

I tried to find out the data which can give me practical implementation of all these features. But I didn't find it out.

If anyone have the knowledge of it or any type of learning stuff then please share it with me. 

Practical implementation will be more helpful for me.

 

Key features: 

  • Simplify task debriefs with automated work order summarization, reducing manual effort for field technicians

Hi,

Now Assist is not available for PDIs and its a store app, so unless your customer has the license, and they give you a go ahead you cant install tit on customer instance too.

The only way to check the featuires would be to do the training on Now Learning for Now Assist - FSM and there you will get a lab instance . 

You can use the lab instance to check the features and test it.
