only admin is able to see metric result, other users are not

I have created a metric for new table which have hr_basic role, but only admin is able to see metrics data on tickets.

Can anyone tell me what needs to be done, so that all users who can see the ticket can see metrics also.

Hi Anshul,



There is a OOB ACL metic_instance present in the system of Read type. Please add the convenient role(s) so that the users having the role can able to see the Metric records. By default only the users having 'itil_admin' and 'metric_admin' role can read those records. I have tested providing the 'itil' tole and is working fine in my instance. Please let me know if you have any issue.

Hi Anshul,



There are few ACL's on metric that are preventing users to view metric records. For hr_basic role you can create a read ACL on your metric table to make the metric data visible to the users with hr_basic role.
