Hello Community,
I am looking to stop outbound emails from being sent to our Oracle mailer.
I have created an inbound email action for incident creation, which is setting Oracle Mailer as the caller of the incident.
Now I want to stop the incident updates from being sent to the Oracle Mailer account.
How can I do this?
Our Oracle mailer account is also on our domain.
Regards,
Burhan

if that account/user has specific email address then you can use email filtering
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi Ankur,
Yes it is a specific mail address.
I just checked the system address filters and found allowed list domains as * only. I was unable to add the specific email address.

If there is a user account with the specific email address, you could try disabling the notification preferences.
