When I am submitting the catalog form in portal I am getting below error
In the console I saw these errors. Can anyone help me to found what could be the issue is?

is that an OOB catalog form?
I could see the error talks about UI action. is there any script which is running on submit on that catalog item?
what debugging did you perform so far?

No, It is not OOB form. It is a record producer, the form will get open through the button which was configured on the widget. I have checked any ACL applied, widget and record producers nothing found unusual.
