Evening all,
We are having issues with the outbound element of an integration with Work Space One. Using the SGC for WSO we have an inbound connection working fine, this pulls devices and maps as expected. We have now setup an outbound integration using REST API to add users to groups for software automation, this is not working, when testing we get the following error message
Error 403

Our WSO team insist everything is right their end and the tenant code is correct. Could anything else be causing this before we push this issue back to them
