Hello,
When I am using the outlook actionable messages for surveys, the embedded survey will override the other information in the notification body. In Outlook, I am able to see only the survey card.
For instance, I would like to add the information regarding the incident or request as part of same notification with the embedded survey. Is there a way to do this?
I have tried the email script as well. Before "mail_script:include_survey_actionable", I have added another mail script but that text is not coming as part of the survey email.
Can anyone guide how I can achieve this? I want to add the other INC/REQ information along with embedded survey.
Thanks,
Mehak Arora

so we are also interested in using the OAM plugin, but haven't implemented yet. What you are saying is there is no option to include the survey with other incident resolution text? we want to have them respond to the image smily faces like this from within the email...is this doable?

I know this is an old question, but we are having the same issue. I wonder if anybody has came across a resolution. Thank you all in advance for your help!

Hey Jennifer
Unfortunately there seems to be quite a lot of limitations when using an embedded survey into an outlook.
Note:
- The Image Scale type question is supported only if there is a single question in the survey so will overwrite all the text of the email body.
In this case you can have only the Survey question in the email.
Let me know if this makes sense.
Thanks
