Notification is not working using outlook actionable Messages survey

Having an issue with outlook actionable message notification.

I have implemented the notification for one of the survey which can be embedded in emails for user to submit response not re-directing to survey page, I have implemented the notification by following documentation link   https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-servicenow-platform/page/administer/survey-administration/ta....

when I clicked on assignee survey to user the email is trigger to user but does not show survey emoji's in email and display empty.

I am having the same issue but no luck to find the solution so far. any help will be highly appreciated
