Presenting Knowledge Base Articles on Incident form.

Hi All,
I was just wondering if there was a way for the user to be presented with a list of Knowledge articles as soon as a particular subcategory has been selected on the incident form? The user will then be able to select and view the full article as to what is included on the Knowledge base. The user will of course will be presented with a list of different knowledge articles depending on what subcategory has been selected.
I'm looking for ways to divert more user attention towards the Knowledge base before an incident is raised so any further suggestions are welcome.

Take a look at Contextual Search. Configured out of the box to search knowledge articles based on Short Description.
