Proactive CI Data Health Monitoring

Service Now requirement: An AI agent continuously scans the CMDB for stale(>90 days), incomplete, or "orphan" CIs and opens tasks for data owners to review.

User Story: As a CMDB Data Owner, I want continuous AI scan for stale/orphan CIs and auto-task creation so that CMDB health stays high.

Acceptance Criteria: Daily scan → task to owner, if stale (> 90 days) or orphan detected.

Please provide a detailed step-wise and complete solution to implement above AI Agent requirement using the OOB features of ServiceNow AI Platform such as NowAssist for CMDB as well as OOB AI Agent - CMDB health metrics manager AI agent.

You can also do this using Flow Designer. Look up the CMDB table and follow this approach: first, take pen and paper to draft the process, and then build it in the system.
