Report on All child Incidents that have been removed from Parent

Hi I have been doing some analysing of Incidents and child and parent incidents. I want to determine which Incidents were previously part of a Parent but have not been removed, due to not being the same issue.

 

I believe there is a way via Metrics to determine just wondered if anyone had any advice or other solutions rather than creating a new field to report of would like to use current information to calculate those tickets which were once part of a parent Incident.

Hi,

 

In my opinion, there are 2 options exist

1. Metrics - some data exist use that and take as reference and create for your scenario.

2. Work notes  or audit log - There is common sentence or constant is available. When you remove the parent or child may it will reflect on the notes. Use that option find the required details.
