Reporting to show survey text responses

We send a CSAT survey following resolution of incidents, the survey is simple and asks:

Question 1: How satisfied were you with the service you receive

Answer: Score picker 1-5

 

Question 2: Tell us what you think of our service

Answer: Freetext

 

I'd like to create a list report that shows the freetext responses filtered by those that were scored negative 1 or 2 scoring, how can I do this please?
