Reports to display the Incident and request SLA in the visualizations format

Hi All,

We have received a requirement to create a reports to display the response and resolution sla for incident and request

Requirement:
Incident:
1) Display the response and resolution SLA from last 2 weeks in any visualizations format(Bars or time series format)
2) Display the breached SLA's from last 2 weeks in any visualizations format(Bars or time series format)
3) Display the time taken to respond the incident and resolved the incident from last 2 weeks in any visualizations format(Bars or time series format)

Request:
1) Display the response and resolution SLA from last 2 weeks in any visualizations format(Bars or time series format)
2) Display the breached SLA's from last 2 weeks in any visualizations format(Bars or time series format)
3) Display the time taken to respond the request and resolved the request from last 2 weeks in any visualizations format(Bars or time series format)

Can anyone please help us in creating the reports with the X axis and Y axis information in the bar graph to complete the requirement

These are easy reports

Table : Task_SLA

Report type: column

Group by : Target ( need to do dot walk) or Has breach ( no dot walk need)

 

Give a try by this way.
