Send emails in incident form using Email Client template

Presently when i use to send emails in incident form using Email Client template, it goes from IT Service Desk.

But i want this mails to go from a different source(like xx@xmail.com). Is it possible ? and How?

Hi,

If it is on Incident form always then go to client template on incident table and put whatever you want in from field. See below:
