Does anyone know the answer to this question?
If a list of application CIs is associated to a service contract, can that contract be reporting on to show the change records, incidents etc. related to the application CIs listed in the contract?
we currently have created a business service with associated application services related to the business service which is not actually a business service but is serving as a service contract. So that this "business service" shows up in impacted services in the change records. And teams are using these to report.
