Hello,
we use SOW for handling incidents/cat. tasks.
Is there a way to redirect ITIL users to SOW when they want to view an incident:
- from a hyperlink in the email (URI_REF) or from
- default incident list
- or if ITIL user will find an incident via global search in the default view in the back end?
The goal is that incidents are always displayed to ITIL users in SOW (service operation workspace), soesnt matter how they view them (from email, from app navigator, from global search ...)
PS: We can disable incident menus in app. navigator, but there are always ways ITIL users will be able to view incidents in the default view. We use Polaris UI.
