Servicenow Maintainace

Hi All,

 

My ServiceNow PDI is not working from 10 Days, whenever I login it is showing due to maintains, enhance we will send mail whenever you PDI ready.

 

Meantime I have releases my instance two times. Now it is showing below attachment. Can anyone let me know what is going on.

Hi @Kumar Akula 

it seems you have lost your instance and are now on a waitlist for a new instance. The reason is that not for all users in the world, ServiceNow can provide a free PDI. However, it shouldn't take so long to get a new PDI.

Hi @Kumar Akula if you have request new it will be added in waitlist . As @Maik Skoddow  already explain
