@ellencarpen As far as I know, During ServiceNow events like Knowledge, CreatorCon, or World Forums, attendees often receive swag.

From what I understand, the swag is currently only available at specific events and isn't open to the public. I would recommend reaching out to the support team, as they, along with the case team, will guide you in the right direction.
